FAQs

Where are meetings held?

In our office in Sligo (F91 PP3X) or virtually using Zoom.

Do you have parking?

There are multiple car parks near our offices, including Adelaide Street car park (F91 R8EF) and Wine Street car park (F91 F89P).

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?

No, the first meeting – we call it your Discovery Meeting – is designed to get to know each other better and decide if there is a mutual appetite to work together. There is no charge for this meeting.

What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?

Before our first meeting, we will phone you to learn more about your situation. We will ask you to provide statements for any investments or pensions and to complete a short financial fact-find. Once we have that information, we will schedule your first meeting, which usually takes about an hour.

Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?

No. There is no hard sell. We work with business owners over the age of 45 who plan to sell, retire or make work optional in the next five to ten years. We want to work with owners for whom we can offer a huge amount of value and who will want to work with us for years to come.

How can I book an initial meeting?

You can book a Learn More call by using our Calendly link here.

Yes. We are paid commission from third party financial institutions including insurance companies, investment and pension providers.

Can I get a financial plan without having my investments with you?

Unfortunately not. We want to deal with a small number of business owners to provide a level of focus and service unmatched by other firms. We provide a combined financial planning and investment management service, and we will only prepare a financial plan for you in cases where we believe that we can add real value for you over the long term.

Do you work with employees as well as business owners?

Our ideal client is a business owner or a couple where one person is a business owner.

Where are your clients based?

All over Ireland.

How long does the process take?

Following your initial call, we’ll request information from you and book three meetings to dive deeper into your particular situation and goals. We will present your financial plan and share recommendations with you. This usually takes five to six weeks, depending on how quickly you send information back to us.
